Shipping And Handling
Our default delivery service is Royal Mail first class post for which you will be charged at checkout. Royal Mail aim to deliver items in 1-2 working days. For your peace of mind all orders are sent with proof of posting and are insured against loss or damage. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of this. Orders sent by First Class Signed For will receive an updated order fulfilment email containing a Royal Mail tracking number for online delivery confirmation - this is not a fully tracked service. All orders sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed will receive an updated order fulfilment email containing a Royal Mail tracking number. Dispatch Schedule
Our order deadline is 1pm for same day despatch Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed and/or signed off after 1pm will be processed the following working day (no dispatch on weekends or holidays). Orders for products which are not in stock may take up to 7 to 10 days before dispatching.
U.K Delivery Options
We offer two shipping speeds:
- Standard Royal Mail first class signed for 2-4 working days £6

Express Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed next day delivery, fully tracked (not available for Saturday/Sunday delivery) £8.50
All orders over £100 qualify for free postage and will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For post.
If you wish to upgrade your delivery method you must inform us by 1pm on the day you receive your order fulfilment email.
We reserve the right to upgrade your delivery method at our discretion at no extra cost to you.
Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. If you receive a card to say that Royal Mail attempted delivery please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card.

Lost or Undeliverable Orders
If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately.
If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.
All orders are sent with proof of postage and insurance. If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.
If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly so that we may make a claim on your behalf. You will be offered the choice of a full refund or a replacement which will be sent by the delivery method selected on your original order.
